How It Started
I trained in winemaking in Châteauneuf-du-Pape and have worked both in vineyards and cellars. Wine remains at the centre of my professional life, but it has also shaped the way I look at food, seasons and everyday rituals.
Most of my time is spent thinking about what ends up on the table — recipes, markets, wines and the small rituals that make life feel richer.
Seasons of Provence grew from that obsession.
The Philosophy
Provence is often reduced to lavender, rosé and beautiful views.
The reality is far more interesting.
It lives in market mornings, long lunches, family recipes, vineyard landscapes and bottles shared without ceremony.
It lives in rhythms.
Seasons of Provence explores those rhythms through food, wine and everyday life in the South of France.
Not as a travel guide. Not as a collection of recommendations.
But as a way of understanding a place through what people cook, drink, share and celebrate.
